You will always know what is happening and what comes next.

We move through a clear process from the first conversation to launch. I define the content, visual and technical direction, while you can see where the project stands and which decisions are needed at every important stage.

Early in the process, instead of a static mock-up, I present a working, responsive homepage that opens directly in the browser.

Six clear steps from the first conversation to launch.

I adapt the process to your project, but the important decisions and review points are clear from the beginning.

  1. Initial conversation and assessment

We discuss what you do, who you help, what you want the website to achieve, and which copy, images or previous materials are already available.

  2. Content structure and copy

I determine which pages and content sections are needed, then write or refine the copy using our conversations and your existing materials.

  3. Working homepage and visual direction

I develop one considered professional direction and present it as a working, responsive homepage that opens directly in the browser. You do not have to choose between several unfinished concepts: I explain the decisions I made and why.

  4. Presentation and refinement

I walk you through the concept and the important decisions. We collect the necessary content and visual changes in one place, then I refine the homepage in one revision round.

  5. Building the complete website

Using the approved direction, I build the remaining pages, configure the necessary functionality and services, and make the entire website consistent.

  6. Testing, launch and post-launch support

I review the website across different screen sizes and from several technical and usability perspectives, then launch it on the live domain. For thirty days after launch, I help resolve questions, possible functional issues and minor adjustments.

You know your business. I know how to turn it into an effective website.

The best result requires both areas of expertise. You do not need to make decisions as a web designer or developer, and I do not need to guess the professional details of your business.

Your part

  • Share the professional details of your business
  • Provide the available copy, images and other materials
  • Check the facts and professional claims in the copy
  • Give clear feedback on the presented website
  • Make the necessary business decisions on time

My part

  • Define the content structure and website architecture
  • Write or refine the website copy
  • Make the visual, usability and technical decisions
  • Build the working, responsive website
  • Review the quality and consistency of the complete site

Faster implementation under experienced direction.

AI speeds up preparation, development and repetitive technical work. I remain responsible for the direction of the website, the important decisions and the final quality.

With twenty years of web experience, I know which tasks are worth accelerating with AI and where professional judgement is essential.

  1. 01 Preparation

AI speeds up the creation of first versions.

Less time is spent on repetitive, clearly defined tasks, allowing us to reach a working version sooner.

    • Creating initial code versions
    • Repetitive development tasks
    • Preparing alternative copy
    • Building auditing and checking tools
  2. 02 Professional direction

    I make the important decisions.

I define the content system, visual direction and technical structure, and decide which solutions become part of the final website.

    • Business and content priorities
    • The visual concept of the website
    • Usability and accessibility decisions
    • Technical rules and architecture
  3. 03 Review

I am responsible for the final quality.

I review every result, test it in the browser, and revise or rethink it where necessary. Nothing is published automatically.

    • Browser and responsive testing
    • Content and visual consistency
    • Accessibility and performance checks
    • Final quality assurance

The most important things to know about working together.

What happens during the initial conversation?

We discuss your business, the purpose of the website, the available materials and the required functionality by phone or online. After that, I can define the expected scope, price and schedule.

Do I need to send finished copy or a complete plan?

No. It is enough to explain what you do, who you help and what you want to achieve. I use your existing copy, images and our conversations to develop the content and visual direction.

When will I see the website for the first time?

Once the content direction is established, I present a working homepage that opens in the browser. You can already see the copy, layout and functionality at real screen sizes.

How much of my time will the project require?

At the beginning, we need one detailed conversation, followed by a professional review of the copy and feedback on the homepage. The sooner the necessary materials and responses arrive, the faster the project can move forward.

What happens if a new requirement appears during the project?

I complete smaller clarifications related to the original scope within the agreed revision round. New pages, functionality or significantly changed requirements are discussed as additional work and cost.

Let’s work out what kind of website you need.

Tell me what you do, where your business is now, and what you would like the new website to achieve. During the first conversation, we clarify the possibilities, the scope of the project and the next steps.

Can I call you back?

Leave your name and phone number, and I will call you for a short initial conversation.
